We are looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in our Westbourne office.

This role is responsible for providing effective administrative support to the conveyancing team, and requires a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Senior Conveyancing Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the conveyancing process and will be a key member of the conveyancing team.
Key Responsibilities:
● Ensuring timely progression of all conveyancing transactions through effective communication with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction.● Managing the post-completion process, including preparing completion statements and liaising with Land Registry.● Carrying out searches and due diligence checks as required.● Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents, and ensuring accuracy and completeness.● Maintaining client files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and complete along with other appropriate administrative tasks..
Qualifications and Experience:
● At least 2 years previous experience in a conveyancing support role, with a good understanding of the conveyancing process.● Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.● Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders.● Knowledge of case management software is desirable but not essential.● If you are a highly organised and experienced conveyancing administrator looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
